On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/dining room. The kitchen fully equipped with everything you’d need for a self catering holiday, an oven, hob, dishwasher, large American style fridge freezer, etc. There is a separate utility room off of the kitchen with a washing machine and dryer and additional cupboards and units for storage. The dining area is spacious with a large dining table and chairs to seat 8 comfortably. There are views across the dunes, village and out to sea from here! The lounge has been comfortably furnished to seat 8 and has a large TV and DVD player and also enjoys those spectacular views! A conservatory leads off of the lounge and out to the garden which is a real sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening. Downstairs there is also a w/c
Upstairs is a large landing with French doors that open out onto a small balcony facing across Perranporth with views of the beach and sea. There are 4 bedrooms, one with a super king-sized bed (which can be split into 2 singles upon request) and an en suite shower/sink and sea view. Another with a king size bed also with sea views, one with 2 single beds with views of the dunes, the other bedroom has a double bed,. All bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. The brand new (spring 2018) family bathroom has finished to a very high standard and has a bath with shower over. There is also a fully tiled shower room and w/c on this floor
Outside there is parking for 2/3 cars and a good sized lawned/garden area to 3 sides of the property and a patio area. Fairlee is about a 5 minute stroll to the village centre of Perranporth and the beach with its famous 3 miles of golden sands. In the village, there is a variety of bars, cafes, take aways & restaurants to suit most tastes. There are also plenty of shops for groceries, clothing, surfboard/wetsuit purchase or hire, souvenirs, etc
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
