This 2 bedroom, ground floor, beach side holiday apartment in Perranporth has been fully renovated throughout 2020 and finished to a very high standard. These popular apartments have direct access to the beach without having to cross a road and the village facilities are also just a couple of minutes level stroll away. A well behaved dog is acceptable subject to acceptance of our terms and conditions and a small charge.

Accommodation information:
Entrance is into the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The brand new kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units and appliances. There's a full size cooker, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people. The living room is furnished with 2, 2 seat sofas. There is a flat screen smart TV. The beautifully tiled bathroom has a double shower cubicle, wash-basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. Bed linen and bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Electricity is also included. 

There is parking for one car in the private car park and direct access to the beach. The village centre has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes and is only a 2  minute stroll away.

Other nearby properties which might be suitable to book together with this one are: Sand Dunes,  7 Penhale, 5 Venton Vaise & 2 Rosemullion, all of which are within the Atlantic Bay apartments.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
