The Retreat is a newly refurbished ground floor holiday apartment with a modern and contemporary style and finished to a high standard. It's location is idyllic and quiet yet only a few minutes stroll to the village centre and beach.

Accommodation information: 

Layed out all on one level on the ground floor of Napara Court, there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a sofa and a separate arm chair, coffee table and a flat screen TV with freeview. There is a dining set for 2 and an additional dining set for 2 to be used outside.

You will find the kitchen is fully equipped with a large upright fridge and freezer, an oven and hob and a wsshing machine.

The modern and stylishly finished bathroom is fully tiled with a corner shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of stoarge. 

All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Outside:

The back door leads to a small courtyard with outside seating. There is a communal area to the front of the building most laid to lawn. Nampara Court has a private onsite car park and each apartment has 1 parking space although they are not currently allocated but are all immediately outside the building.

Engellie Cottage is just a few meters down the lane and might be suitable to book together with The Retreat.

Perranporth is perfectly positioned for a beach holiday and is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between! Close by there are numerous holiday attractions to suit all age groups with an abundance of art galleries, workshops and places to eat and drink.
