The kitchen leads through to a newly constructed sun room which opens out into an enclosed garden. The lounge is comfortably furnished with a modern flat screen TV with Apple TV and Netflix. Nilgiri is situated on a small and quiet lane with very little traffic. There is parking for 2 cars on a driveway. To the front of the property is a small terrace. The garden is at the rear of the property and mostly laid to lawn. It is enclosed and there is garden furniture for guests to use.

Rose is a hamlet about a mile from Perranporth at the back of the sand dunes at Perran Sands

Perranporth village centre is only a couple of minutes drive away and has a wide range of shops, pubs, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
