Accommodation information:

The entrance hall has under stairs storage and a toilet. The open plan kitchen dining room is light and spacious with French doors leading to the enclosed rear garden.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. You'll find an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a good sized dining table that comfortably seats 6.

The lounge is comfortably furnished for 6. There is a modern flat screen TV with DVD & Blu Ray player. 

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite shower room. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and another with 2 single beds.

The family bathroom is also upstairs and has a bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet. 

All bedding and bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Alternatively, they can be hired from due during the booking process. 



To the side of the property is off street parking for 2 cars and a path to a gate to access the rear garden. Perfect for when you've come back from the beach! The rear garden is lawned and enclosed, a safe place for the kids to burn off any excess energy! Perranporth village centre and famous 3 miles of golden sands are a leisurely 10 minute stroll away either along a street with pavements or there is a route via a footpath.

In the village, there is a variety of bars, cafes, take aways & restaurants to suit most tastes. There are also plenty of shops for groceries, clothing, surfboard/wetsuit purchase or hire, souvenirs, etc

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
