On the ground floor, there is a large entrance hallway, a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom has a king sized bedroom and an en suite bathroom containing a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. This bedroom also has a kitchen so can be used as an annex.  The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday, including a large range style oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The kitchen leads to a separate utility area/laundry room. There is a large dining table to seat up to 10 people. The lounge area has seating for 9, a large, flat screen, smart TV and views of the beach and sea. The are French doors that lead out to the decking and front garden. There is also a downstairs WC.

Upstairs there are 4 further bedrooms and a family bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed with an en suite bathroom containing a Jacuzzi bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. This bedroom also has spectacular sea views. There is also a twin room with sea views, a bedroom with bunk beds, the bottom bunk is a double and top a full size (3' x 6') single and a bedroom with a single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. On this floor there is also a small sitting room with large windows to three side to make the most of the stunning views this property has to offer. This property is only a short walk from Warwick Lodge and Engellie Cottage so could be suitable to book together for larger families needing to accommodate 10 or more guests.


There is a decked are to the front of the property which leads to and enclosed front garden. To the rear of the property, there is a patio and barbecue (barbecue not provided) area.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
