Brynheulog, Bolingey, Nr Perranporth

Brynheulog is a 3 bedroom holiday home, new for holiday letting in 2019. Situated about a 10-15 minute level walk (approximately 3/4 mile) from the village centre of Perranporth and it's famous 3 miles of golden sands. This beach is very popular with surfers and sun worshippers alike! Decorated and furnished in a traditional cottage style with fantastic views of the countryside. This tranquil setting is perfect for a relaxing family holiday!

Accommodation comprises: 

Entrance into a traditionally styled kitchen yet fully equipped with all the mod cons you'll need for a self catering family holiday. You'll find an oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, etc. The lounge/dining room has fantastic views of the garden and countryside through French doors and a window with bay seating. There is also a sofa a 2 arm chairs. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 people. There is a DVD player and a large flat screen smart TV and with complimentary WiFi, you can stream your devices to it! There is also a toilet downstairs. All bedding and bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels. Bath and hand towels can also be hired from us during the booking process. 

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom has a super king size bed and an en suite shower room and enjoys the glorious countryside views. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the third has 1 single bed. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. 


To the front of Brynheulog there are mature flower beds and shrubs. There is a patio area with furniture that enjoys the sun all afternoon and evening. To the rear is another furnished patio, ideal for an alfresco breakfast as the sun shines on it all morning and come back round again for sunset! There is a washing line and parking for 2 cars. 

Bolingey is a small village on the outskirts of Perranporth and just a 5 minute stroll away is the Bolingey Inn, a 17th century traditional Cornish inn with a wide range of ales, traditional food and Sunday Lunch.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
