This ground floor, 2 bedroom holiday apartment was refurbished throughout the spring of 2017 including a new kitchen and bathroom. Situated opposite the boating lake in Perranporth, is less than a minute, level stroll to the high street. The Beach is only a couple of minutes level walk away.

Accommodation information:

The lounge, dining room and kitchen is open plan and L shaped. There is lounge seating for 4 and a wall mounted TV. There is a dining table and chairs to seat 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday. There is a washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds. The bottom bunk being a double so can sleep up to 5 guests. The bathroom has just been refitted and fully tiled throughout. There is off street parking for 1 car. All bedding and linen linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

Perranporth high street is less than a minute, level stroll away where so you don't need to drive to use the local amenities. There is a range of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. The beach is only a couple of minutes level walk, famous for it's surf and three miles of golden sand. So if you haven't tried surfing yet, now is the time!

Please note that the parking space is on a small road behind the apartment and there are a number of steps to get down to the apartment from here. Pedestrian access to the village and beach is level.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car. Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
