This spacious ground floor apartment has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite with shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and windows to two sides. The large south facing sitting room with French doors opens out onto a paved terrace and the communal gardens. There is a large family bathroom, with bath, shower over bath with screen, wash basin and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher, a washer dryer, fridge, freezer, etc. The large lounge/dining room has a dining table and 5 chairs and 2 sofas. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player and WIFI is also included. The apartment is fully double glazed with gas central heating and hot water making it an ideal property for holidaying all year round! All bed linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

This apartment is very near to 11 Imperial Court, Falmouth and may be suitable to book these together for 2 families wanting to stay near to each other.


There is parking for 1 car and communal gardens for residents to enjoy. Falmouth town centre is only a couple of minutes walk away. You will find many shops, restaurants, bars and galleries. Port Pendennis Marinais the home of The National Maritime Museum Cornwall and also Events Square where you will find there is always something going on! Also worth visiting is  Truro, our cathedral city is about 10 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow  which is about an hour drive to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives, a short drive to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both well worth a day trip!

If you are interested in gardens the region boasts many both in the locality Queen Mary's, Fox Rosehill, Kimberley Park, Gyllyngdune and Enys Gardens. Further afield there are the breath taking gardens at Glendurgan, Heligan, Trebah, Trelissick, Japanese Garden and the world famous Eden Project.
