This light and spacious holiday home is new to us for 2019. Situated close to the centre of Perranporth, the village centre and beach are only a couple of minutes stroll away! As the name suggests, there are fantastic views of Chapel Rock, the beach, sand dunes and the sea which can be enjoyed from several rooms or from the hammock on the balcony!

Chapel Rock View is arranged over 3 floors. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa with a TV/DVD player. It also has an en suite shower room and a kitchenette with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hob. This room also has it's own entrance through French doors.
Upstairs is a spacious kitchen dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday in Cornwall. You'll find an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine & dryer in an under stairs cupboard. The dining table can comfortably seat 9. There is also a sofa and a large TV. The lounge is also on this floor and is very light and spacious thanks to large patio doors leading onto the balcony. There are 2, 3 seat sofas and an arm chair. WiFi is included and a large smart TV and blue ray player, you can stream your devices to. The spectacular views of the beach, sand dunes, the sea and of course, Chapel Rock can be enjoyed from this room.
Upstairs are 4 more bedrooms. One with a double bed, one with a single bed and a sofa, one with twin beds. The master bedroom has a king size bed, DVD player (no TV channels) and an en suite shower room. This bedroom also enjoys the fabulous sea views this holiday home has to offer.
Fairlee is a nearby property that might be suitable to book together for larger families or 2 or more families wishing to holiday together.
To the front of the property is parking for 3 cars. At the rear is a garden and patio with furniture. The village centre is only a couple of minutes stroll away. Perranporth has a wide range of shops, whether you are looking for groceries, a souvenir or to hire surf gear, the high street has it all! There is also a wide choice of pubs and restaurants and takeaways, including, Italian, Thai, Chinese and Indian and of course, being a Cornish seaside village, fish & chips and Cornish pasties too!
Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
