Accommodation information:

Chapel Rock is a reverse level house. Upstairs is a spacious, open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday in Perranporth. You'll find a double oven, hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large dining set to seat 6-8 people and ample lounge seating for everyone. There is a 55 inch smart TV with freeview so you can connect your devices to stream Netflix, Amazon, etc. Doors from the landing lead from the lounge onto a spacious balcony with seating for 6 and sea views! There is also a toilet on this floor.

Downstairs are 3 bedrooms and the family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one with an en suite shower room. The third badroom has 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a large heated towel rail.

All bedding and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Outside:

As well as the balcony at the front of the property, there is also and enclosed patio to the rear with more seating. There is a driveway and car port at the front with enough space for 2-3 cars.

Fairlee and Warwick Lodge are nearby properties that might be suitable to book together. 

Chapel Rock is about a 5-10 minute stroll to the village centre of Perranporth and the beach with its famous 3 miles of golden sands. In the village, there is a variety of bars, cafes, take aways & restaurants to suit most tastes. There are also plenty of shops for groceries, clothing, surfboard/wetsuit purchase or hire, souvenirs, etc

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
