Bos Laity is a deceptively spacious 3 bedroom self contained apartment on Perranporth high street (above Perran Dairy).  All of the village amenities and beach are only a few steps away so if you are looking for a holiday home where you don't need to use you car during your stay, this could be perfect for you!

Accommodation information:

Bos Laity is on 2 floors. On the first floor is the lounge, kitchen, dining room, one of the double bedrooms (with a king sized bed) and the family bathroom. The lounge is comfortably furnished with 2, 3 seat sofas and a tub chair. There is a smart TV in here too. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering family holiday. There is an oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. The family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle. The bedroom on this floor has a king size bed, furniture and a wall mounted TV. The dining room has a good sized dining table that can comfortably seat 6.

Upstairs are 2 further bedrooms and a WC. One bedroom has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed.

All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but you will need to bring your own beach towels. 


There is a spacious patio to the rear with outside furniture and a washing line. To the rear of the building there is also parking for 1 car. If additional parking is needed, there is a pay & display car park a few meters up the road where weekly tickets can be purchased on site.

Bos Laity is almost directly opposite Darjeeling which may be suitable to book together for 2 families wanting holiday homes nearby.

Bos Laity is situated in the village centre which has a wide range of shops, bars, pubs and restaurants to suit all tastes. If you like to park your car and not have to drive anywhere during your holiday, Bos Laity could be perfect for you!

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
