What’s on Perranporth – August 2025

Perranporth is always busy and buzzing in August. Here are a few ideas of things to do that you might not know about, there is something to suit all ages!

• Perranporth Golf Club: Golf Week runs from August 23rd to 29th with various team competitions.

• Car Chase Heroes: Offers driving experiences, with events scheduled on August 22nd, 23rd, and 24th at Spitfire raceway, Perranporth

• The Watering Hole:
Features live music throughout the month, including a free show by Jack Botts on August 23rd.

• Cornwall Folk Festival: While not in Perranporth, the Cornwall Folk Festival takes place from August 21st to 25th. Allow around 45 minutes by car from Perranporth to Wadebridge

• Pencoose Festival – I day event – Cornish Music – 16th August. Approximately 5 minutes drive from Perranporth

• Crystal and Gem Show – Memorial Hall, Perranporth – 16th – 17th August

• Paint Like Van Gogh – The Nook, Perranporth – 3-5pm – 5th August

• Mikes Motor Mania – Spitfire Park, Perranporth – 30th-31st August

• Perranporth Modern Jive Summer Holiday Dance Party hosted by Louise Kennelly – Perranporth Memorial Hall – 23rd August

• Paint like Banksy – Perranporth Beach – Tuesday 12th August – 3-5pm
