You'll find and oven, hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is a dining table and chairs for 8 and lounge seating for 8. There is also a second lounge on this floor with seating for 7 and a TV. Doors lead from this lounge to the garden. Upstairs is the master bedroom which has a double bed, separate dressing area and and en suite shower room. All bedding, bed linen, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.

Outside:

Despite it's close proximity to the village, even out in the garden it is quiet and peaceful. There is an area of decking, a small patio with furniture and mature flower beds. To the front of the property there is parking for 2 to 3 cars. A little further along the lane is a footpath to access the park and tennis courts.

Other nearby properties which might be suitable to book together with this property are: 1 Lower Hillcrest 2 Lower Hillcrest, all of which are only a minutes walk away from each other.

Perranporth is very centrally located in Cornwall to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip. Padstow to the north, home to Rick Steins’ Seafood Restaurant and St Ives to the west where you can visit the Tate gallery are both only 30 minutes by car as is Falmouth on the south coast where you could see anything from small yachts to cruise ships and everything in between!
