We understand that in these uncertain times, there is a growing concern amongst our customers with regards to coronavirus (Covid-19) and how it may impact every aspect of their lives.

The situation is changing daily and we continue to follow guidance from the government and The Department for Health & Social Care. As a result, this page will be monitored and reviewed regularly.

You can also call us on 01872571575 but we are experiencing a very high volume of calls at this time and a significantly reduced capacity to answer them. If you leave us a message, we will call you back within 48 hours.

We are waiving any amendment fees for those customers who are due to stay in one of our properties between now and 30th June 2020  and need to change the date of their holiday. This will also be reviewed regularly.

FAQ’s

I’m due to depart before 30th June 2020 and still want to go – is this possible?

No – you should amend your booking to ensure you comply with the latest government guidance to stay at home as much as possible.

On 10th May 2020 the government announced plans to gradually ease restrictions over the next few months. It was stated that providing we don’t have an increase in COVID 19 cases and the ‘R value’ remains low, some areas in hospitality might be able to open from 1st July 2020. Therefore, ‘Lodging’ and ‘Travel & Tourism’ which are 2 of the 4 sectors in hospitality will not be allowed until at least 1st July 2020.

Supporting our customers through this period is our primary concern, and we will allow any customer impacted to amend their booking free of charge

Can I amend my booking?

If you have a booking between now and 30th June 2020  and need to change the date of your holiday, you can do this without incurring any administration charges. You will need to select new dates within 12 months and must be in the same property. If the cost of your new dates is higher, you will need to pay the addition amount.

Will I receive a refund if I want to cancel my holiday?

Your booking does not allow any refunds, however, please refer to your individual travel insurance and contact your relevant insurer for further information. You can view this in our T&Cs. We will allow affected customers to amend their holiday should they wish to and change to another date at the same property, within 12 months of the original booking.  If you are unable to choose new dates art this time, we can also offer you a credit voucher which can be used within 24 months.

The balance of my holiday is due, do I still need to pay it?

You will still be liable for the balance of your holiday 4 weeks before your arrival date. If travel restrictions are still in place when your holiday is due to take place, then you will need to amend your dates as detailed above.
